About Ondine

Ondine brings more than 25 years of experience as a professional coach, therapist, and facilitator of group process to her work. She has formally coached over 200 people focusing on individual and group coaching in diverse industries all over the world. Ondine’s special areas of interest are inter-personal communication, emotional intelligence, stress and overwhelm management. She has worked with executives one-on-one, conducted mediation sessions with employees who are at an impasse, providing guidance and support and most recently had the privilege to facilitate two conferences in Russia for Russian women who wanted to explore the role of emotions in their community. She also facilitates women’s groups for Chief.com, an organization devoted to supporting women leaders across the globe.

In her private practice as a therapist, Ondine serves individuals who are looking for support in facing issues around death and dying, interpersonal overwhelm, trauma, and grief.

Ondine currently serves as Senior Faculty for Johnson and Johnson’s R&D division facilitating various trainings on emotional intelligence, the importance of resilience for leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.  She is also working in the finance industry for two important Asset Management firms based in NY and San Francisco, helping the leaders deal with the stress that comes from changes in the financial sector. She also services as a Mentor Coach for Newfield Network’s Certified Coaching School based in Boulder, CO.

A simple, unifying thread ties together all of Ondine’s work: she believes that people are most happy when they create a positive, productive environment by being highly self-aware of their own strengths and weaknesses. Her philosophy: self-awareness leads to self-management which leads to self-empowerment. She focuses on supporting people in developing a clear, strong congruency of language, physical presence, and emotional intelligence. To this end, she brings her experience as an actress, diversity trainer, and executive coach to lead people to a higher level of alignment and balance in their lives. Her clients often describe that they feel not just more capable and skilled, but also personally enriched. Her style is a balance of being warm, insightful, playful, and challenging.
